- Designed to reveal why the jury made the decisions they did, what influenced them, and their perceptions of particular aspects of the case
- Observes all legal parameters
- Utilizes state-of-the-art scientific methods
- Provides accurate and reliable data which form the basis of any recommendations we are asked to make
- Designed and conducted by highly experienced jury consultants and trial consultants
The Advocates have been conducting post-trial juror interviews and interpreting the results for our clients for decades. We can help you understand how actual jurors in a case processed the evidence and made their decisions. Most often our post-trial interviews are for clients and trial teams who were involved in the jurorsí trial. However, sometimes we have conducted interviews in companion cases that went to trial before one of our own cases.
Once a trial is completed, The Advocates can provide you with the comments and perceptions of jurors who sat in the case and are willing to reveal that information. We can also provide you with a written report with their verbatim statements, our analysis of them, and our recommendations for retrying the case, trying companion cases, or trying cases that involve many of the same issues, exhibits, or witnesses.
We use methods which allow jurors to feel comfortable talking about the case. We generally rely upon telephone interviews, but in some cases will use other methods. Our interviewers are trained to help jurors articulate their perceptions.
Upon completion of the interviews, we prepare a written report that provides you with verbatim responses to questions, our analysis of the responses, and our professional recommendations.
